It’s been more than minute since we heard from Triplezed on their endeavours, but we know things have been steadily growing for the London based creative label, from artist Leo Stiles.
Triplezed currently focusses on hand finished footwear and Leo’s creativity have stemmed across plenty of footwear. The most recent of his endeavours includes completing two unique shoes for the Minneapolis soul singer/producer “Mint Condition” frontman Stokley Williams. Bringing his designs up to Shoe no.111 & Shoe no.112.
The 2 teamed up to create something for him to rock on stage that would look good under the lights. So both shoes have panels of shimmering metallic, as well as the signature “Triplezed” cartoon pattern. On the adidas pair (shoe no.111) half of the shoe is a reference to the “First Avenue” club in Minneapolis, where the band landed their first record deal. Inside the silver stars on one foot are album titles, the other loved ones names.
