BAKSO | New Online T-shirt Platform

By Christina Daniels on May 6, 2013 in

BaksoOne of our newest finds is online platform Bakso.co.uk, where artists can upload their artwork in the view that it will then be printed on clothing.
A cool initiative which gives every artist/designer the chance to get their work out there and potentially gain a huge following through Bakso. Their main aim is to work with the most dynamic artists, producing some of the best garments available on the web.
Not only is their support strong for the up and coming, which makes them ‘Certified Cool’ in our books but Bakso also use t-shirts that are ethically sourced and have a great focus on quality. Showcased by their direct-to-garment printing which allows for unrivaled detail and is an environmentally friendly form of production – no waste, no harmful by products.
An important aspect of the site is that all ranking of designs is based on current popularity. So unlike some of their competitors customers are offered a glimpse into what the rest of the buying community think are the best designs. All designs are run through a trending algorithm which works off of a 30-day period taking into consideration purchases, comments, likes and views meaning that interaction with a design directly affects its success on the site. It means that as a customer we get the very best offered up and as artists challenged to get that popularity with the public, showing that the design works!
Artists will be very pleased with the entire process of uploading and purchasing made to be as easy as possible and even easier is the design of the site which allows online dialogue between artist and customer!
We got a chance to check out one of the tees and can definitely vouch for what Bakso do! Head on over now, with the warm weather ahead of a t-shirt is definitely worth every penny! - bakso.co.ukBakso
