In case you are in need of some inspiration and like us look to Art to get you out of this glum autumn the weather seems to have brought our way. It is definitely worth checking out Clowns & Calligraphy, an exhibition of new prints by Mitchy Bwoy, presented to us by WeSC.
The opening night was a week back, but we are still on a high from the dope collection presented in the WeSC Carnaby Street store and their new Superlative Space downstairs of the store. You’ll be impressed by the collection of Clown girls, graphic work and sex appeal exerted through the collection.
If you need a catch up with who Mitchy Bwoy is, then main things you need to know is that the he is one of UK’s finest creatives, the graphic artist has exhibited world-wide, from the Barbican/London to the Art Basel/Miami and has also collaborated with other artists such as Mode 2 and Banksy.
WeSC’s dedication to showcasing talented and inspirational people via WeActivists is definitely showcased through this exhibition and it won’t hurt for you to take a look at their range in store too!
Check out a few pics of the exhibition below… but pictures don’t do it justice so please go down and check it out- 43 CARNABY ST (OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK, MON-SAT 10-7, SUN – 12-6). The Exhibition is open till October 12th!
