To help us join in with New Balance’s celebration of 30 years of domestic manufacturing, the brand introduce ‘The 576 Cutting Room’ Pack!

New Balance launch three commemorative shoes inspired by three long serving members of the team at its factory in Flimby, Cumbria. Namely, Andy Mandle, Billy Edge and Roy Bell! The Cutting Room Pack is of three unique 576’s distinctly different in style and design, each taking inspiration from their namesake’s interests and character.

Each shoe encompasses a different high quality material to reflect its maker’s individualism. The ‘Roy Bell’ 576 is made from pigskin, while the ‘Billy Edgar’ uses nubuck to create a classic retro look, and top of the range leather makes up the ‘Andy Mandle.’

Every stitch of these luxury kicks reflect the care and quality present in every pair of shoes crafted by the talented associates at the New Balance Flimby factory.

Definitely great to see New Balance acknowledge and appreciate the people that make the brand what it is and for us to also share in their celebration it is a must to get a pair of 576s’.

For more information regarding the New Balance Cutting Room and to read profiles for some of the New Balance associates based at the Flimby factory, check out the new website from New Balance www.visitflimby.com which pays homage to the picturesque town of Flimby, Cumbria… and word has it that from now until the 19th September you could be in with a chance to win a pair of shoes everyday!!
