News just in, ANOTHER great musical talent is found dead….I’m actually finding this very hard to type and am going to keep it to a minimum..
With a voice that could send a million shivers up your spine and throughout your entire body, Amy Winehouse was one extraordinary talent …
Her voice resonated with something that was closest to one of the most deepest substantially beautiful souls, that automatically connected with you on hearing.
I had her album Frank and the world renown Back to Black (which gained her five Grammy Awards) on constant repeat, as I found that not many young singers of this day and age had that much anima and personality that brought conviction to your sensualities.
The night I had the balls to randomly sing my heart out at an open mic night, I sang this tune amongst many others that I literally listened to every single day and all the way to London from Southampton on the coach back from uni.
Although Winehouse struggled with drink and drugs like many other artists and human beings in fact; because these kind of things happen everyday, people struggle with deep issues that are never brought to light….
I never in my wildest dreams thought we’d loose another loosened angel.
Her last public appearance was on Wednesday night at The Roundhouse in Camden, where she joined her goddaughter Dionne Bromfield on stage at , who had also release her latest album and was first released under Winehouse’s very own label.
Sadly … all we can do now is tell the younger ones how remarkable she really was …
Gone wayyyy tooo soon.
R.I.P Amy , you made a massive difference in my life…
Tribute songs …
